Biographies
Mike Woelfel is best described as a problem solver who always believes in trusting his instincts and disregarding the naysayers. Mike has successfully built and launched multiple companies across a multitude of industries. Mike has also served as a consultant to companies large and small on such topics as strategic marketing plans, business model development, marketing ideation and exit strategies.
Currently Mike lives in Phoenix, AZ and continues to push Sports Turf Northwest into new territories and loves the challenge to change the artificial turf industries mindset about false beliefs about turf safety and maintenance.
Sports Turf Northwest was started as a result of one of Craig Prunty’s son contracting a Staph infection while playing sports. After looking at all the options available to fight Staph and MRSA, GreensGroomer™ Worldwide was the obvious choice. Craig has a very successful landscape design firm in Sherwood, OR. All Oregon Landscaping The vision was to add maintenance for artificial turf to All Oregon but Mike said the opportunity for success is the untapped potential of the UVC product line so Sports Turf Northwest became an authorized dealer of GreensGroomer Worldwide.
